With over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate, Carl Yacovelli has held a range of senior strategic roles, including Vice President of Finance in the private sector and commercial banker with one of Canada’s major financial institutions. He also gained international experience early in his career as an auditor with a global accounting firm.

Carl’s expertise includes the design and implementation of tailored financing solutions, private company governance, and the operational management of diverse projects. Known for his sound judgment and entrepreneurial mindset, he values straightforward, authentic relationships and a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach.

Actively involved in his community, Carl served for four years on the Board of Directors of the Jean de la Mennais Foundation and was a member of the Municipal Committee on Sustainable Mobility for the City of Brossard. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
