David Gladu is Vice President & Partner at Briva Finance, an independent lender backed by institutional and private investors. He leads Briva’s expansion efforts across Ontario and other Canadian markets outside Québec. With more than 25 years of experience in equipment and real estate financing and leasing for mid-market and large corporations, David brings deep expertise in specialized finance. He also offers significant leadership experience, having managed teams of over 500 professionals throughout his career.

Prior to joining Briva Finance, David held senior executive roles at GE Capital, Mitsubishi HC Capital, and eCapital Corp., where he oversaw credit, asset management, risk, and business development. These positions solidified his reputation as a results-driven leader in the specialized finance sector.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HEC Montréal. He is passionate about building long-term partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses and leveraging Briva Finance’s strong foundation in specialized financing to support clients’ evolving capital needs and drive their next phase of growth.
